It's true: to commemorate the nearly one-year anniversary of my leaving New York, I am returning! and that means I will be teaching.

Are you craving deeper breaths and movement that grows out of your center and fills the room? Come to UCLA, where we will transform the drab recreation center room into a space for discovery.

Tuesdays - Pilates Reformer Class, 4:05-5:05pm

Thursdays - Pilates Mat (Open Level), 4-5pm

Registration with the Wooden Center required, but if you purchase a FitWell pass, you can attend whenever you wish and also choose from a host of Yoga classes too.

I am pleased to continue offering Private, Semi-Private and by appointment classes to the West Los Angeles community in Pilates, Yoga and Elastics.

There are many options available - what will work best for you?
Choose from in-home sessions, come to my home to work on my Pilates Reformer and Fleming Elastics or come to the Core Body Studio in Culver City/Palms for sessions with full Pilates apparatus.
