I am pleased to continue offering Private, Semi-Private and by appointment classes to the West Los Angeles community in Pilates, Yoga and Elastics.
There are many options available - what will work best for you?
Choose from in-home sessions, come to my home to work on my Pilates Reformer and Fleming Elastics or come to the Core Body Studio in Culver City/Palms for sessions with full Pilates apparatus.
