Schedule changes, Winter is for shifting

Hello beauties,

As we shift into the cold nights of west Los Angeles and the turning of the year, I have launched a
personal, self-care initiative and invite you to join me!
No matter how busy you may be, no matter how busy you may feel, taking time for your own
well-being will ultimately result in your actualizing your potential and taking care of all other
items and people on your to-do lists.

Some options for self-care:

self-massage with tennis/pinky balls, foam rollers, Yamuna balls

hot baths with epsom salts for sore muscles, to unwind and sleep deeply

Kava Kava tea for relaxation and sore muscles, won't make you sleepy

eating steamed veggies and hot, whole foods to improve digestion and feel grounded

                    Reformer from 6:30-7:30pm (Level 2)

Sundays at the Moving Joint
                    Reformer from 12:00-1:00pm (Level 2)

Private and semi-private sessions available at the Moving Joint
                   Wednesday, Friday and Sunday
