I am thrilled to be teaching privates, semi-privates, yoga and Mat Pilates as well as a monthly ball rolling workshop. Stay tuned for more announcements.
My schedule:
Mat Class on Tuesdays from 4:45 - 5:45pm
private sessions from 6-9pm
Open Level Rise & Shine Yoga on Sundays from 7-8:15am
private sessions from 8:30-11:30am
Specials to take advantage of this week:
$5 for your first class
2 weeks unlimited classes for $35
2 private sessions for $90
