About the Director
- Alexandra Shilling

- Alexandra Shilling is fully committed to the infinite investigation of movement and its potential to tell stories and allow us to remember. After 6 years as Co-Artistic Director of ann and alexx make dances, founding and directing Radiant Pilates and teaching at Peridance Center, Alexandra has relocated to Los Angeles to get her MFA in Dance from the World Arts and Cultures Department at UCLA and continue deepening her investigations along with you. In addition to teaching and practicing Pilates, Yoga and Fleming Elastics in your home, Alexx is thrilled to be a part of a new movement studio in Mar Vista, the Moving Joint as well as holding classes at UCLA's World Arts & Cultures/Dance Department and the John Wooden Center.
