Radiant Pilates is coming back to UCLA for Summer Session C.
If you are interested in taking a two credit class in the relaxed, academic summer at beautiful Glorya Kaufman Hall, get in touch to learn about registration, eligibility and so on.
Class will run if there are a minimum of 8 students so spread the word far and wide!!

Spring means Reformer action for all!
Beautiful movers,
While we welcome in the Spring, feast at the seder table, gather with family and friends and bask in the longer, sunnier days, classes are in full effect at the Moving Joint.
Join me this week for one or more Reformer classes!

Schedule changes, Winter is for shifting
Hello beauties,
As we shift into the cold nights of west Los Angeles and the turning of the year, I have launched a
personal, self-care initiative and invite you to join me!
No matter how busy you may be, no matter how busy you may feel, taking time for your own
well-being will ultimately result in your actualizing your potential and taking care of all other
items and people on your to-do lists.

Some options for self-care:
self-massage with tennis/pinky balls, foam rollers, Yamuna balls
hot baths with epsom salts for sore muscles, to unwind and sleep deeply
Kava Kava tea for relaxation and sore muscles, won't make you sleepy
eating steamed veggies and hot, whole foods to improve digestion and feel grounded

As some of you know, a near and dear family to me has lost their belongings and been displaced by the storm.
We hope it's temporary but things are uncertain and that means it's time to help with temporary housing options and warm clothing...
