While training in Fleming Elastics,

Devika will teach class for me on Tuesday August 18.

I have returned from Ecuador recharged and inspired, organizing a retreat for 2010 combining volunteerism with movement and meditation. Stay tuned...

Regular classes continue as scheduled.

Schedule Changes: Tuesday Nights with Devika, no Friday classes until July 17

We made it!
Summer is finally here and I am venturing out to recharge and research retreat spaces in Ecuador.

Friday classes are suspended until July 17.

Tuesday evening Pilates will be taught by the warm and full-hearted Devika Wickremesinghe (that's her, in the still from our new film, No One Has Imagined Us).

Devika is a movement artist interested in cultivating active and joyous balance. Her Pilates approach focuses on the dynamic possibilities of our anatomy and the possibility of intelligent strength.

Dance Film Night will resume in July, on the last Sunday of the month.

Stay tuned for another Performance Salon, Richard Rivera/PHYSUAL in residency at the Queens Museum, Candlelight Yoga and an end of Summer feast and film with Holistic Chef, Health and Movement Specialist, Marti Wolfson.

Hi Summer beauties!
Thank you for supporting the burst of art and movement events that flew through us this past May.

Tuesday class will now be held from 6:30-7:45pm
enjoy the sunset, if weather permits we can head to the rooftop.

THURSDAY JUNE 18, 7pm: **CLOTHING SWAP and POT LUCK Dinner**
Bring gently (or not so) used clothing that you are longing to get rid of
We will pool it all and let the shopping begin!
If you don't have clothes, please come to find something new!
Whatever is left behind will be taken with us to Ecuador for donation.
Bring snacks, food that we can enjoy while we play dress up

SUNDAY JUNE 21, 7:30-9pm: **SUMMER SOLSTICE KUNDALINI YOGA and POT LUCK Dinner**
Join Ann Robideaux for an energetic Kundalini kriya and meditiation to celebrate the longest day of sunlight!
